Today I learnt about 5 different biomes. What is a biome? A biome are five major types. Grassland, forest,desert,aquatic and tundra all these biomes have different animals the live under the land or on the land. The biome I like the most is the aquatic biome because it has lots of fishes and other sea creatures that some people have never seen and only in photos. This is one creature from the aquatic biome. this sea creature is a sunfish. A sunfish like a shark but without a tail they are very huge that they are the heaviest bony fish in the world. They can grow over 10 feet long and more than 8 feet from fin to fin. Sun fish don't have tails because instead of a tail they have structure called a clavus. A sunfishes life span is up to ten years in cavity.
This is my homework and I chose to do the Olympic high jump and Weight lifting.
First I will be doing High jump. In my own words I would say that the two men who were competing in high jump were friends out and in the olympics. When one of them got injured and couldn't make the jump of so his friend asked if they can share the gold instead of having a jump of. And the official said "That is Possible". Barshim nodded and Tamberi started clapping. (Gianmarco Tamberi and Mutaz Barshim won Gold)
Last is Weight lifting David Liti is in the Men's super Heavyweight Weightlifting. David Ltit Came 5th in the super heavyweight division. But Georgian broke his own snatch world record in lifting 223 kg. He said "He felt happy and it was fun for a first time." His third attempt to crack 241 kg was a fail but he wants to come back and win Gold. (David Liti came 5th.)
